I may have to go to an opera now.

Oh you know you’ll be first in line for this one…from NPR’s, All Things Considered, apparently a Klingon Opera is in the works.

Animation at it’s best.

SciFi Wire has the newest images from Hayao Miyazaki’s latest, Ponyo, opening August 14th. If you’re not familiar with Miyazaki’s films, I see a Miyazaki film watching marathon in your near future. Some of my favorites are My Neighbor Totoro, Howl’s Moving Castle and the amazing Spirited Away. I don’t like the dubbed in American voices and prefer watching the Japanese language version with the subtitles on. Here are some of my favorite images from his films:
